Mental Health First Aid Training
The college is holding a mental-health training program for faculty, staff and students to learn to identify and give first aid to people with problems including depression, anxiety, psychosis and substance-use disorders.
During the eight-hour training, participants will learn the signs and symptoms of the most common mental health problems, where and when to get help, and effective types of aid.
